Vegan Detox Bowl




80g of coconut yoghurt of your choice

1 banana cut it in half lengthwise

A half handful of blueberries and raspberries

25g of Le Pain Quotidien crunola - you can buy it in any of our stores

A teaspoon of super seed mix of your choice - sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds

A teaspoon of pomegranate seeds

Drops of organic agave - available in all LPQ stores

1 wedge of lime




January is finally over with it's gloomy weather and we are all hoping that by the end of this month we will see the first colours of the spring.

Our very popular vegan detox bowl dish will make February pass quicker and happier. This healthy and light meal is full with nutritious goods and it is great anytime of the day. However we recommend to have it for breakfast to keep you going all day.


How to make it:

1. Grab a bowl plate. Something in between a soup bowl and plate

2. Scoop the yoghurt in the middle of the dish

3. Slice the banana lengthwise and lay it on top of the yoghurt

4. Sprinkle Le Pain Quotdien Crunola on it

5. Add your super seeds.

6. Mix in the berries and pomegranate seeds

7. Finish it with a few drops of agave.

Serve it with a wedge of lime

Delicious, creamy and crunchy with a bit of tanginess from the lime. Full of vitamins and fibre this dish will give the strength to your immune system to fight against the winter viruses and give you the energy to accomplish your goals.
