TRAINING

The kitchen represents the heart of our business, looking after the freshness and quality of our ingredients, and ensuring our guests receive the best possible food.

The kitchen management training programme has therefore been designed to show you all the aspects of a typical Le Pain Quotidien kitchen, from the baking of our breads in the morning to the preparation of our evening menus.

Managing a kitchen also involves some clear commercial and management skills, which we try to help you with, investing in the most efficient training tools and programmes.

Training is an on-going and vital part of Le Pain Quotidien and we will always be here to help you throughout your development.
