CAKES
We do 2 sizes of large cakes: 9" round tin for 8 people and 10" square tin for 18-20 people. We also do any of the below as bespoke birthday/ occasion cakes in any size.
Strawberry sponge
A lovely English sponge filled and topped with cream and strawberries
Pavlova with berries and cream
Crunchy meringue with a soft interior smothered in cream and berries
Carrot cake
Moist with nuts, carrots, wholewheat flour and lemony cream cheese icing
Chocolate sponge
Ideal for children, a simple yet flavourful chocolate cake
Coffee and walnut
An aromatic coffee and walnut cake with ground and walnut chunks, with a coffee mascarpone icing
Flour free rich chocolate cake
Made only with chocolate, butter, sugar and eggs, a truly moist

Tarte Tatin- 9" serves 8
Caramalised apples on a puff pastry base
Fruit tarts- 10" serves 8
Made with a light short crust pastry, creme patissiere and fresh fruits. Mixed berry, strawberry or raspberry.
Lemon- 10" serves 8
A light lemon curd make with eggs, lemon, sugar and butter.
Pear or Plum- 10" serves 8
Cooked fruit on a creamy almond base and shortcrust pastry
Treacle tart- 9" serves 8
A moist lemony yet treacly tart made with le pain bread crumbs
Chocolate- 10" serves 8
